BUY-OUT STRATEGIES PROVIDE YOU WITH A VARIETY OF SELLING OPTIONS.

Since both notes and contracts are based on payment scheduals, note-sellers have a variety of conversion strategies they can use to satisfy their needs.

Here are a few purchasing strategies you, the seller, should know prior to listing a note with us.
  1. FULL PURCHASE- the option to convert the total number of payments into one lump-sum.
  2. PARTIAL PURCHASE- the most flexible option of all. Investors can purchase any portion ( i.e. balloons or payments of the notes) to satisfy the seller's present financial needs
  3. REVERSAL- the option of the seller collecting a specified number of the early payments, in addition to converting a specified number of later payments into a lump sum that can be received immediately.
  4. SPLIT PAYMENTS- the option of converting a specific portion of the individual payments into a lump sum, then receiving the portion of the payments to which you are entitled when the payment is due.
