Because only our members can view the listings, we have provided you with some system-screen snap-shots to show how your profile is displayed to the members.

NOTE SUMMARY

The first page of your listing will be a quick overview of the note information. This will include: the official face value, balances, terms, interest rate, lien positions and seller comments. Investors view this screen first to see if the cash-flow fits within their buying parameters. Investors can acquire additional information about the note by selecting the desired Icon.

Throughout the system summaries can be located through a variety of tools including inner-system search engines which allow a search by specific interest within the summary screen. State update-menus provide a list of notes in a variety of orders. For example, a list of notes are shown from the newest to the oldest listings. Summaries are also emailed and/or faxed to the investor.

PROPERTY PROFILE

The Property profile includes information about property location, liens, lien holders and purchase information. The screen you see to the left is a picture of the property profile screen with a detailed description of the property being viewed.

Property profiles are very important to the purchasing process. To facilitate a quick sale remember to submit property information as accurately and completely as possible, and when sending photographs send good ones. Remember no one wants to invest in a fuzzy house.
